What You’ll Do
As a Physical Therapist at First Home Health Care, you’ll play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patients’ physical conditions and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Implementing therapeutic exercises and techniques to help clients regain mobility and strength.
- Monitoring progress and adjusting plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educating patients and their families on exercises and strategies to maintain progress.
- Collaborating with a dedicated and caring team to deliver top-notch care.
We’re seeking a professional who is passionate about patient care and dedicated to making a difference. Our ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1 year of experience as a physical therapist.
- A valid license to practice physical therapy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with patients and colleagues.
- A commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care.
