We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Dispatch Manager to oversee our dispatch operations and ensure smooth coordination between our drivers and customers. If you have a passion for logistics and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

• Manage a team of dispatchers and assign daily tasks
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
• Monitor dispatch performance and implement improvements as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in dispatch management is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

• 3+ years of experience in towing dispatch management
• Proficiency in dispatch software and GPS tracking systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset
