Job Foreman/ Team Lead – Lead Commercial Projects for a 100% Employee-Owned Leader Job Overview: Company: A.B. Systems, Inc. Salary/Pay Rate: $30 to $35 per hour (Plus annual bonus potential) Location: Rochester, MN Job/Employment Type: Full Time Project Scope: $1M to $15M+ Commercial and Industrial Construction Projects Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driving Licence The Opportunity: You will serve as a vital field leader, managing daily site operations and driving the execution of high-profile commercial projects. How You Will Make an Impact: Manage day-to-day completion of on-site tasks by directly leading your crew of laborers. Coordinate trade contractors to ensure high-quality work that aligns with the project schedule. Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents to anticipate potential field problems. Oversee daily reports, documentation, and scheduling updates using Procore and email. Execute self-performing capabilities, workforce planning, and accurate material quantification. Enforce project safety plans to foster a culture where safety is always the top priority. Train direct reports on processes and company standards to elevate overall team performance. Required Qualifications & Experience: Commercial construction leadership experience. Deep knowledge of construction drawings, scheduling methods, and field cost control. Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office for daily reporting and documentation. Experience operating Lifts, Lulls, and directing crane operations, and the associated safety protocol. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: Degree in a construction-related field. Extensive hands-on experience with pre-engineered metal building systems. Strong background in managing complex field logistics and multi-trade coordination. Valid OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour safety certification (training available) Compensation & Benefits: Weekly pay cycle with regular overtime potential and annual bonus eligibility.
