Proudly serving our local communities since 1979.HVAC Service Manager Pay: $85,000 - $95,000, depending on experience, plus bonus, depending on performanceWork Hours: Monday through FridayWhat We Offer: Take home company vehicle + gas cardCompany clothing / phoneTool trade-in programCompany paid training, including Carrier, Rinnai, PK, and other dealersOffer online self-directed trainingRelocation Assistance Available for Qualified ApplicantsBenefits:Medical 50% paid by employerDental & Vison insurance optionsPaid time off6 paid holidays401k with company matchWhat You Will Be Doing: Coordinate, schedule, and oversee daily service operations, technicians, and HVAC-related work orders to ensure smooth department performanceAdminister and manage HVAC maintenance and service agreementsDispatch technicians for emergency repairs, scheduled maintenance, and ongoing service requestsProvide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to technicians across the companyReview, verify, and approve technician payroll hours and timecardsHandle customer relations for HVAC service operations, including resolving complaints, answering technical inquiries, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction for residential and commercial clientsSupport the controls division by assisting with estimating, scheduling, and completion of controls-related projects.Maintain professional communication and strong working relationships with property managers and facility personnelMonitor inventory levels for HVAC parts and equipment while coordinating purchasing and stock replenishmentManage warranty processes by submitting and maintaining equipment and parts warranties through both paper and digital systemsEnsure all service technicians maintain required certifications, licenses, and training complianceWhat We Are Looking For: Minimum of 5 years of HVAC management-related experience10 + years of HVAC Service ExperienceHands-on experience servicing and troubleshooting boilers and chillersBackground in project estimating and HVAC-related sales activitiesStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesExcellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detailProficient in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft ProjectFamiliarity with SharePoint and Procore is preferredAssociate degree or completion of a trade school program is highly desirableEPA Universal Certification requiredMust possess a valid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving historyNATE certification preferred, or the ability to obtain certification after hireCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
