Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management

To support a growing clinical development portfolio, the full-time Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management will provide operational leadership and oversight of clinical data management activities across assigned studies, ensuring high-quality data delivery while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Lead Data Management activities across clinical studies, ensuring alignment with study objectives and quality expectations Oversee end-to-end Data Management processes from study start-up through database lock and close-out, collaborating with CROs and vendors Ensure data integrity and compliance throughout the clinical trial lifecycle, maintaining inspection readiness and supporting audits and regulatory submissions Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 8+ years of Clinical Data Management experience within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry At least 3+ years of experience as a Data Management Lead overseeing outsourced clinical trials Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, data management methodologies, and database lifecycle management Experience with Medidata Rave EDC and familiarity with external data integrations and database lock processes
