Help us execute our lifesaving mission, and continue onward and upward!Now hiring an operations manager for our new inpatient extended care rehab facility opening in Norfolk, VA!What You'll DoManage complete maintenance of facility and property (fire drills, vehicle maintenance, tech support, inventory, storage etc.)Complete periodic maintenance checklists to ensure functionality, safety and complianceOversee and direct custodial and housekeeping staff and all external contractorsProvide operational support whenever needed (i.e administrative errands, transportation coordination, event planning, security oversight, Accounts Payable etc.)Collaborate with Executive Director and Administrator as necessaryWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma/ GEDMin. 1 year experience in substance abuse treatment industry (preferred)Valid driver's licenseAcute observational and communicational skillsAbility to collaborate and multitaskStrong responsibility and accountabilityWhy Join Us?Avenues features a rich, enjoyable workplace culture where each employee is valued, and excellence is constantly pursued.
