Responsibilities Perform and validate analytical methods using HPLC, gas chromatography, atomic absorption, and other advanced instrumentation. Lead method validation projects, including protocol development and summary reporting. Mentor and guide junior chemists while ensuring compliance with cGMP, GLP, USP, and SOP standards. Test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure accuracy, quality, and safety. Write and revise SOPs, test methods, and regulatory documents. Support investigations of out‑of‑specification results and corrective actions. Partner with validation teams on cleaning validation activities. Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and safety across all lab operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline. 2+ years of analytical laboratory experience in an FDA‑regulated industry. Strong knowledge of compendia testing, FDA regulations, and chemical safety. Hands‑on expertise with analytical techniques: pH, viscosity, specific gravity, IR, HPLC, GC, atomic absorption. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, rapidly evolving environment. A problem‑solver with strong communication skills who can lead, mentor, and inspire others.
