Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Franklin Bank’s Ocean View, NJ location. This individual will oversee daily branch operations, including supervising staff, managing customer service standards, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager is responsible for leading and coaching team members, setting performance goals, and supporting employee development. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring branch financial performance, managing cash controls, resolving complex customer inquiries, and identifying opportunities to grow deposits, loans, and other banking services. The role also involves fostering community relationships, participating in local outreach, and promoting Franklin Bank’s products and services to meet customer needs. Qualifications 2-3 years' experience in branch or retail banking operations, including cash management, customer service, and transaction oversight. Skills in team leadership, staff supervision, performance coaching, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance procedures, risk management, and internal control practices. Ability to build customer relationships and support sales of banking products and services. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to accuracy and detail. Proficiency with banking systems and office software, Prior experience in a supervisory role within financial services or a related field is preferred.
