The Role We’re seeking an Investment Sales Associate to develop and manage relationships with corporate finance teams, treasuries, and investment committees. You’ll work with CFOs, controllers, and corporate investment decision‑makers to introduce institutional investment solutions tailored to corporate capital allocation, liquidity management, and strategic asset deployment. What You’ll Do Build relationships with C‑suite executives and corporate finance professionals across institutional and mid‑market corporations in Texas. Educate clients on investment structures, risk management frameworks, and portfolio strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Analyze corporate financials and objectives to position solutions that optimize returns while preserving capital and managing corporate risk. Guide implementation of investment programs from initial consultation through documentation and operational set‑up. Ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, and corporate governance requirements throughout all sales and service activities. Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Licensing required: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 63, Series 65. Strong communication skills with ability to engage C‑suite and finance leadership. Track record of building and maintaining institutional relationships. Understanding of corporate finance, capital structure, or investment management a plus. Entrepreneurial approach to business development and relationship expansion. Authorized to work in the United States; no visa or FISA sponsorship available.
