Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations and participate actively in department functions
• Manage Associate Site Services Assistants and Logistics Coordinators performance
• Train new staff on procedures and processes; evaluate and correct performance issues
• Maintain manufacturing lists, supply orders, and coordinate study setup logistics
• Serve as escalation point for supply and logistics issues; act as supervisor backup

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational qualification
• 0–5 years of relevant experience in operations or related field
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory responsibility
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry systems
• Effective communication and problem-resolution skills
• Legal work authorization in United States without sponsorship
