- Lead assigned projects from project initiation to implementation to achieve desired business results.
- Ensures that a successful business outcome is the prime measure of project success including delivering projects on time, within budget, within quality standards and to the satisfaction of the project sponsor.
- Drives to mitigate execution risk to achieve the desired business outcomes.
- Understands the business/group and facilitates communication with other program/project managers and stakeholders efficiently and effectively.
- Directs, manages, and coordinates team members including other project managers, business and technology resources, user groups, internal and external consultants and contractors, as well as vendors.

- gen AI program - use cases for delivery, Reshma managing that work
- project manager for the use cases, program mgmt. for the future pipeline
- wants someone 10% involved with meeting for intake of project, scoping requirements
- will carry it through delivery and management
- higher volume, have budget for 2
- technical program mgmt. - agile lifecycle, project delivery, working with engineering teams, liaising with design
- dont want strictly enterprise pmo that hasn't run an engineering project
- doesn't have to be AI specific
- remote is OK - central or eastern
- genAI coe for the whole org
This is the GenAI COE for the whole org
- lots of unstructured data, data is messy, so need to do a lot of triaging and build or buy; create clear templates for intake that are missing, trying to mature this from intake to delivery - all GenAI use cases.
- Partnering with Utku to build out the program; Stan there 4 months or so
- Needs to have run engineering project ---a app dev in Agile environment
- Someone who can bring consultative guidance, with technical mindset
