Role - Technical Project Manager
Location: Must be local to South Florida
Duration: 6 months
Baptist is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation and integration of Censitrac (Surgical Instrument Tracking) across multiple hospital sites. This role requires hands-on workflow understanding, strong coordination with clinical and technical teams, and the ability to manage on-site activities.

Baptist is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation and integration of Censitrac (Surgical Instrument Tracking) across multiple hospital sites. This role requires hands-on workflow understanding, strong coordination with clinical and technical teams, and the ability to manage on-site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Censitrac across designated hospital locations.
- Assess and document current surgical instrument workflows and identify process gaps.
- Coordinate integration efforts between existing systems and Censitrac, ensuring seamless data and operational flow.
- Partner with project leaders, clinical teams, and technical stakeholders to define requirements, manage timelines, and resolve issues.
- Oversee on-site activities including validation, testing, and user support during rollout.
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to leadership.
- Proven experience implementing Censitrac or similar surgical instrument tracking systems.
- Strong technical project management background in healthcare or hospital operations.
- Ability to work on-site as required and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent workflow analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.
