Physical Therapist - Full-Time (New Graduates Welcome)

Location : Lubbock, TX

Job Type : Full-time

Schedule : Monday-Friday | 8-5 or 9-6 | No weekends

Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Specialty Areas:
Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Manual Therapy, Pelvic Health, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Geriatrics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine

Key Responsibilities:


• Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy treatment to patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

• Evaluate patients, establish individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based treatment programs.

• Utilize hands-on manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to improve patient mobility and function.

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term recovery strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and insurance standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient-centered care.

• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:


• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Active Texas PT license (or eligibility to obtain licensure).

• New Graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for patient-centered care and continuous professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Interest or experience in Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, Pelvic Health, Vestibular Rehabilitation, or Sports Medicine.

• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required.
