Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency HVAC service, repair, and maintenance for residential & commercial clients
• Diagnose system issues accurately using diagnostic tools and techniques
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to troubleshoot systems effectively
• Provide honest and clear recommendations to customers regarding repairs and system upgrades
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience (Required)
• EPA Certification (Required)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
