Commercial Refrigeration TechnicianTNT Heating & AirOverview:TNT Heating & Air is seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technician to service, diagnose, and repair refrigeration systems for restaurants, grocery stores, commercial kitchens, and more. You'll work with walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, display cases, and other essential equipment-keeping our clients running at peak performance.Pay: $30 - $40 per hourKey Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration equipment including walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables, and ice machinesPerform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on refrigeration systemsReplace compressors, TXVs, fans, controls, refrigerant lines, and electrical componentsCharge systems and test for proper pressure and performanceIdentify and document potential issues before breakdowns occurMaintain a clean and stocked service vehicle with essential parts and toolsProvide clear and professional communication with clients and dispatch teamRecommend equipment upgrades, energy-saving solutions, and maintenance agreementsAdhere to all EPA and safety regulations for refrigerant handlingAssist in mentoring junior techs as needed and represent TNT professionally on every jobQualifications:3+ years of commercial refrigeration experienceStrong knowledge of low-temp and medium-temp systemsEPA Universal Certification requiredAbility to work independently and efficiently diagnose issuesFamiliar with major brands such as Manitowoc, Hoshizaki, True, Turbo Air, etc.Comfortable working in hot, cold, and tight environmentsValid driver's license and clean driving recordWhat We Offer:Top pay based on experience + bonusesCompany vehicle, tools, and uniformMedical, dental, and retirement benefitsOngoing training and development24/7 support from a dependable teamA respected position on a growing, professional team that values your skillsetBenefits: Highly competitive Spiffs and Commissions, Job Efficiency Bonuses $$$, Medical (100% Employer Paid), Dental (100% Employer Paid), Vision (100% Employer Paid), Roth IRA with up to 3% company match, Life Insurance(100% Employer Paid), PTO, Company Vehicle, Cell Phone, iPhone, family oriented environment, Ongoing trainings, and opportunities to earn a NATE Certification.
