Overview Litigation Paralegal — Springfield, Massachusetts. Full-time, Direct Hire. Compensation: $52,000.00 - $72,800.00, DOE. Excellent benefits and bonus opportunities. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and contributes as an essential part of a collaborative legal team. Responsibilities Partner directly with experienced personal injury attorneys throughout the litigation process Manage case files and maintain accurate case status in the firm’s case management system Obtain and organize medical records, bills, and treatment updates Prepare detailed medical treatment and billing summaries Interview witnesses and obtain statements Draft complaints, discovery requests, and other litigation documents E-file complaints, motions, and court documents Assist clients with responding to discovery requests Coordinate attorney calendars, depositions, hearings, and litigation deadlines Review and summarize extensive discovery materials Prepare statutory certifications of medical records for trial Draft settlement releases and settlement accounting documents Ensure compliance with firm procedures while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Qualifications 2-5 years of litigation paralegal experience (personal injury experience is highly preferred) Undergraduate degree required Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience drafting litigation documents and handling court filings Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Professional, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding client service Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a high level of integrity If you are an experienced litigation paralegal who enjoys staying organized, keeping cases moving, and being an integral part of a successful legal team, we’d love to hear from you.
