SAP Security Analyst

SAP Security AnalystPurpose: Supplemental SAP security staff. Focus will be working with ConocoPhillips personnel and a third party solution integrator to design, develop and implement security solutions for a new S/4HANA implementation. Additionally, provide security support as needed in the current SAP landscape.Primary Functions:Provide SAP User and Role Administration across multiple SAP modules including S/4HANA, Fiori, Solution Manager, other SAP cloud applications, ECC, GRC, BW.Collaborate with support and project team members to design, configure and manage SAP roles to meet the business needs.Align SAP security authorizations with SOX Controls to ensure compliance with Segregation of Duties (SOD) while providing the access required meeting business needs.Assist in the design, implementation and support of a non-production security modelDesign and develop processes and techniques for ongoing testing and validation of SAP controlsMaintain auditable roles development and change history.Critical Skills:Experience in design and implementation of user and role administration in ECC and S/4HANAExcellent problem solving/analytical skillsAbility to work effectively and interdependently with various team members.Basic/Required Qualifications:Hands on working knowledge of SAP roles and authorizations in both end user and project environment and in the following SAP modules: S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, Solution Manager, BTP, GRC, BWAt least 1+ years of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori security administration experience requiredProficient with SAP authorization concept, role design, user administration, SOD conflict resolution.Hands-on experience with SAP security design, build, deployment, and audits for standard role-based Security.Strong communication skills, both written and oralPreferred Qualifications:Certification in SAP Security/GRC5+ experience in SAP security role development and administration3+ SAP GRC Access Control/Process Control experienceExperience with implementing position-based securityExperience with implementing and managing security for ChaRMFamiliarity with SailPoint, OneTrust, WorkdayOrganizational Reporting Lines: Reports to Supervisor, ERP Platform ServicesKey Interfaces and Other Information: (example: key client groups, travel required, etc.) Remote assignment.
