Account Executive, Respiratory Health (Central Pennsylvania)

Account Executive selling respiratory health products to hospitals, clinics, and care facilities across Central Pennsylvania. Responsible for territory management, strategic sales planning, and building relationships with healthcare providers to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales quotas for respiratory health products across 100-125 verified accounts
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory business and sales strategy plans
- Prospect for new business representing 15-20% of time allocation
- Communicate Baxter's competitive differentiation to convert and retain accounts
- Complete required company reports, compliance documentation, and regulatory procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years proven top-level sales performance in medical devices, pharma, or DME
- Clinical respiratory experience (RRT) preferred
- Demonstrated strategic selling and business development skills
- Experience negotiating and closing new business with budget management
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Valid driver's license; ability to travel up to 75% in territory
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environment
Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 annually, plus sales incentive plan eligibility
