The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for North America to lead the commercial organization in delivering sustainable revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy, leading the sales team, and building strong relationships with strategic customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. This role is pivotal in shaping the business's direction, particularly in the areas of strategic customer development and regional market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B technology sales, experience in selling complex hardware or integrated technology solutions, and a strong background in mission-critical or control room environments. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Sales include leading the North American sales organization, mentoring and inspiring the commercial team, and collaborating with product management and engineering to align the commercial strategy with market requirements. The role demands a leader with the ability to build executive-level customer relationships, lead complex sales cycles, and drive commercial growth through both direct and channel sales models. Experience in mission-critical technologies, control room solutions, KVM and operator workspaces, AV-over-IP, IP video, broadcast infrastructure, visualisation and video processing, or critical infrastructure technologies is highly relevant.
