Location — Seniority Lead Compared with 37 other Product roles: Common across similar roles Unique to this role What you'll do Responsibilities Direct concept development and establish creative direction across projects Shape organizational thinking about AI's role in creative work, determining where it adds value versus craft-led approaches Develop new creative approaches enabled by AI capabilities Produce polished professional content at multiple scales Unique Monitor emerging AI tools and establish standards for their creative application Common Translate stakeholder goals into creative output using AI for speed Maintain quality, brand consistency, and ethical considerations around AI-generated content What you'll need Experience Strong creative judgment with proven ability to evaluate and elevate creative work Unique Deep fluency with generative AI across creative mediums, refining imagery, video, and voiceover Hands-on experience with Adobe, Google, Jasper, Claude, and Synthesia Unique Portfolio showing creative judgment and AI tool mastery Preferred: ownership of concept development on major campaigns; familiarity with rights and licensing around AI-generated content #J-18808-Ljbffr Workman Labs
