You will be in charge of the big picture as well as the tiny details, and you will lead a team to deliver a high-energy fitness experience for members and guests. You should be comfortable motivating a sales team, recognizing members at milestones, and consistently working to exceed sales goals. You will greet everyone who enters the studio—members, employees, vendors, visitors—eye contact, by name, and with time for them.
