This role is responsible for staff scheduling, sales performance, inventory management, equipment maintenance oversight, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can motivate a small team and drive membership growth. Responsibilities: Hire, train, and supervise front desk and tanning consultant staff Manage scheduling and payroll approvals Track sales KPIs and membership retention Oversee cleanliness, safety, and equipment compliance Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints Order and manage inventory (lotions, supplies, spray tan solution) Report weekly performance metrics to ownership Requirements: 2 years of retail, salon, or hospitality management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Comfortable with POS and scheduling software Must be 21 Available to work some weekends and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Product Applicant Test 2457
