Your Responsibilities

As a caregiver with

SYNERGY HomeCare

, you’ll provide compassionate, non-medical assistance that helps clients live safely, comfortably, and independently at home. Your duties may include: Offering companionship and encouraging social interaction

Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping

Providing medication reminders

Maintaining respectful, professional relationships with clients, families, and team members

Ensuring dependable care by arriving on time and following assigned schedules

Qualifications

At least

one year of professional caregiving experience

Must be

18 years of age or older

California

Home Care Aide (HCA) registration

, or willingness to register

Current TB clearance

Current CPR and First Aid certifications

Ability to successfully complete the required background check
