You will collaborate with Customer Care, IT, GTM, and other teams to deliver AI-powered solutions and automation that improve KPIs and ROI. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Salesforce experience, strong analytical skills, and experience mapping processes and data models using Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
