Care Delivery:
To provide the highest quality of care to AccordCare clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure clients' needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction.

• Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
• Cooking meals or comfortable with making trips for food.
• Wheelchair assistance needed
• Help with general light housekeeping.
• Transportation is a must!
