Program Supervisor

Program Supervisor REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Compensation and Schedule Hourly rate: $16.25/hr. Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., with on‑call duties as needed. Driver license and vehicle required. Responsibilities Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. Supervise a team of caregivers supporting individuals served in the program. Provide direct support to individuals receiving services, including assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care. Balance duties between direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision. Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of related work experience. Must be 18 years or older. Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance; license must be active for over one year. Other licensure or certification required by a regulatory authority, if applicable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with team members and those served. Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained. Opportunity to gain supervisory skills while making a daily difference in the lives of individuals served.
