Schedule Options 12-Hour Shifts Days – Full Time Week 1: Friday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday Days – Part Time : Flexible scheduling available Nights – Full Time or Part Time : Every other weekend included Pay & Benefits $38.00–$41.00 per hour, based on experience Shift differential available Employee referral bonus Benefits eligible after 60 days Focus on work-life balance Supportive, team-oriented environment Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care and clinical oversight for residents Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff during assigned shifts Administer medications, treatments, and assessments Monitor changes in resident condition and coordinate physician communicationComplete documentation and care planning accurately Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers Support quality assurance, compliance, and survey readiness Maintain adherence to all state, federal, and facility regulations Requirements Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license (Missouri or multi-state) required Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred CPR certification required Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
