What You'll Be Doing

• Operate CT and radiographic equipment in accordance with protocols, safety guidelines, and physician orders
• Deliver accurate, high-quality images for interpretation, using PACS and departmental systems
• Provide direct patient care with empathy and professionalism, addressing both physical and emotional needs
• Prioritize daily exams and tasks for efficient throughput and optimal workflow
• Accurately complete documentation and charge capture following department guidelines
• Maintain clean, stocked, and safe workspaces; report equipment needs or repairs promptly
• Assist with student training, departmental improvements, and orientation of new team members
• Comply with ALARA radiation safety principles and all relevant policies, procedures, and laws

What You Bring

Education & Credentials

• Completion of an AMA-accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current ARRT registration in Radiography required
• CT certification or eligibility (must obtain certification within one year of hire)
• Indiana state Radiologic Technologist license
• BLS or CPR for the Healthcare Provider certification

Experience

• Previous experience in general radiology or CT strongly preferred
• Strong technical skills and a passion for delivering accurate, timely diagnostic support
• Ability to work independently while also supporting a collaborative team

Schedule & Work-Life Balance
