About the Position

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values clinical autonomy, high-quality patient care, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The role may also include Associate Medical Director responsibilities, providing an opportunity to mentor advanced practice providers and help advance clinical quality across the service line.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
• Exercise independent clinical decision-making and maintain accountability for patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and other members of the care team to coordinate patient care.
• Mentor and support Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
• Participate in clinical quality initiatives and help influence practice standards across the service line.
• Oversee and participate in APP chart audits and provide clinical feedback as appropriate.
• Participate in organizational meetings, quality improvement activities, and other professional responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits: $200,801–$301,200 annually, based on experience and qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Current, unrestricted Tennessee medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Primary care experience preferred.
• Experience mentoring APPs or participating in clinical quality initiatives is a plus.
