Join Our Team as Core Faculty - Family Medicine Residency Program

We are currently looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to become a Core Faculty member for our Family Medicine residency program at a primary care facility located in Newark, NJ. Established in 1984, this facility has been a vital resource for the community, providing essential primary care services to underserved populations. This role uniquely combines impactful clinical practice with academic mentorship in an urban environment.

Role Overview

As a Core Faculty member, you will be instrumental in guiding the future of healthcare by:

• Clinical Supervision: Mentoring residents in various areas of Family Medicine, including inpatient and outpatient care, women's health, obstetrics, sports medicine, geriatrics, and sleep medicine.
• Academic Development: Assisting in the creation of the residency curriculum, delivering educational lectures, and introducing innovative programs.
• Collaborative Environment: Collaborating with a diverse team of full-time internists, pediatricians, and specialized nursing staff.

Requirements

Compensation & Benefits

The expected minimum salary range for this position is between $224,000 and $359,000. The final compensation will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's educational qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
