Information Technology Operations Manager

A fast-growing, AI-driven technology company is looking for an IT Operations Manage r to own day-to-day IT operations and support a high-performance team in New York. This is a hands-on role combin g white-glove executive support, AV troubleshooting, network operations, endpoint management, and vendor/MSP coordination. You'll be the go-to person for keeping technology running smoothly across the business while helping scale the IT function as the company grows. Responsibilities Provide white-glove IT support to senior leadership Manage onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, and access management Act as the escalation point for AV, conference room, and event technology issues Support office networking, Wi‑Fi, endpoint management, and security initiatives Coordinate MSPs, vendors, and external support partners Help build and mature the internal IT function over time What We’re Looking For 5+ years in IT Support, IT Operations, or End User Services Experience supporting executives and senior stakeholders Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, AV, and operational network issues Experience with MDM tools (Jamf, Intune, etc.) and identity platforms (Okta, Google Workspace) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Curious about emerging technologies and AI Ambitious individual contributors looking to move into management are encouraged to apply This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and wants a clear path into people management within a rapidly scaling technology business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
