We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and vulnerable adults in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to clients in their homes

• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and accompaniment to appointments

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals

• Record accurate and detailed notes of client care and services provided

• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality care

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA) in the state of New Jersey

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
