Job Summary:
We are seeking a Driving Hourly (CHHA / HHA) Certified Home Health Aide to join our team. This is a PART_TIME opportunity to work 4 days a week from 11 am to 6 pm. As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will provide exceptional care to our clients in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping

• Maintain accurate documentation of client care and services provided

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Must be a CHHA / HHA (Certified Home Health Aide) in New Jersey (License Must Be Current)

• Ability to pass a background check

• Have current TB Clearance or ability to pass the Two-Stage TB Test
