Location: Randolph, NJ
Pay Rate: Up to $21 per hour.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day — 10:00 AM–6:00 PM or 10:30 AM–6:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team in North Jersey. In this role, you will provide essential personal care and companionship to clients in their homes, helping them maintain comfort, dignity, and independence. Home Health Aide (HHA) is a crucial part of our team, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing care to adults in their home.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with getting the client up and ready for the day

• Bathing and dressing assistance

• Assisting with transfers to a wheelchair

• Meal preparation and cooking

• Providing supervision and companionship at all times

• Assisting with bathing alongside another aide who will be present in the morning

Requirements

• Active New Jersey CHHA certification (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
