Summary

The Customer Relations Manager is responsible for creating exceptional customer experience by building strong relationships with customers throughout their ownership journey. This role serves as a liaison between customers and dealership departments, ensuring concerns are resolved promptly, and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to promote satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and escalate issues while ensuring timely and professional resolution.
• Monitor customer satisfaction surveys, online reviews, and feedback to identify trends and implement improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Parts departments to ensure seamless and consistent customer experience.
• Conduct follow-up calls and communications after vehicle sales and service visits to strengthen customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer records, interactions, and case documentation within the dealership's CRM system.
• Support dealership initiatives, customer retention programs, and community engagement efforts while meeting established performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service, customer relations, or automotive dealership experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and achieving customer satisfaction goals.
• Ability to work flexible hours - as business needs require.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening.

Compensation:

• $26.00 per hour

(The Customer Relations Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $26.00.)  

Schedule:

• Full Time
• Monday through Sunday availability
