Estimator – Commercial DrywallA well-established commercial construction contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator with a background in commercial drywall, metal framing, and related interior systems.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of developing accurate, competitive estimates for commercial projects.Requirements:2+ years of estimating experience in commercial drywall, interiors, specialty contracting, or related constructionExperience with drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, insulation, or related scopesAbility to read and interpret drawings, specifications, bid documents, and scopes of workExperience performing quantity takeoffs and developing labor and material pricingStrong understanding of commercial construction methods and bidding processesStrong organization, communication, mathematical, and analytical skillsPreferred:3–5+ years of commercial drywall estimating experienceExperience estimating projects valued at $1M+Experience with Bluebeam, OST, Quick Bid, PlanSwift, or similar estimating softwareKnowledge of RFIs, bid packages, value engineering, and change-order pricingDegree in Construction Management or related fieldResponsibilities:Review plans, specifications, and bid documentsPerform detailed takeoffs for drywall, framing, ceilings, insulation, and related scopesDevelop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricingPrepare proposals, bid packages, exclusions, and clarificationsSolicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricingIdentify scope gaps, project risks, and value-engineering opportunitiesAssist with change-order pricing and project turnover after awardCompensation, Benefits & Perks:Competitive base salary: $75,000 – $110,000+ (depending on experience and market)Bonus and/or incentive potentialMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid time off and paid holidaysCompany-provided phone and laptopProfessional development and advancement opportunitiesAll inquiries are CONFIDENTIAL.For more information, contact:Email: View email address on click.appcast.io | Call/Text: (618) 408-2693All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
