Program Description: The Customer Service Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. This role supports order management, customer inquiries, product information requests, and coordination with manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through the ERP system. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, order status, and delivery schedules. Maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication and problem resolution. Coordinate with production, warehouse, shipping, and sales departments to ensure customer requirements are met. Track and monitor order progress from entry through delivery. Resolve customer complaints, returns, shortages, and shipping discrepancies in a timely manner. Prepare and maintain customer records, documentation, and correspondence. Generate quotes and assist with pricing inquiries. Support inventory inquiries and provide customers with lead times and product availability. Process credit requests, returns, and replacements according to company policies. Assist with special projects and administrative duties as assigned. Key Performance Expectations Order accuracy and processing efficiency. Customer satisfaction and responsiveness. Timely resolution of customer issues. Effective communication and collaboration with internal departments. Maintenance of accurate records and documentation.

of the job. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment. Demonstrated ability to cold call, prospect, and generate new business opportunities. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Self-motivated, highly responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) preferred. Skills & Competencies Ability to quickly assess customer needs and direct opportunities to the appropriate internal resources. Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Strong problem-solving and customer relationship skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working Conditions Office-based environment within a manufacturing facility. Regular interaction with customers, sales personnel, production teams, and logistics providers. Standard business hours with occasional overtime as needed.
