Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and assist with administrative tasks. Prepare and maintain records and reports, using spreadsheets and systems in place. Provide general administrative support to multiple departments as needed - Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner. Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies. (Familiarity with real estate and property management is a plus) Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for team members. Assist with bookkeeping and data entry tasks as needed. Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors. Support team members with various projects and tasks. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office setting; administrative experience is preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment. (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
