Project Coordinator

Job Summary (Project Coordinator Procurement Department) Coordinate procurement projects from intake through completion, including tracking milestones, scheduling meetings, and documenting key decisions and action items. Serve as a central point of contact for procurement staff, internal departments, and suppliers, providing timely updates and follow-up communications. Manage the procurement intake process , including reviewing, prioritizing, and routing requests to the appropriate procurement resources after consultation with the Procurement Director. Track project status, deadlines, dependencies, and risks using SharePoint and ensure project information is accurate and up to date. Develop and implement SharePoint tools to facilitate tracking of procurement intake and project status for better visibility and workflow management. Support the procurement department by organizing information, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations. Identify and recommend process improvements related to procurement activities, tools, and workflows, to enhance departmental efficiency. Coordinate workload and priorities in alignment with departmental goals and leadership direction. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and follow-through on all tasks and responsibilities. Work independently while maintaining effective communication and coordination with the Procurement Director and other stakeholders. Utilize technology (especially SharePoint) to organize departmental resources and improve information visibility. Maintain a hybrid work schedule , working remotely on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. #J-18808-Ljbffr DKMRBH Inc
