Strivector's premier client (a well-known market leader in their space) is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position.The JobAs a Regional Account Specialist Supervisor your roles and responsibilities will include:Assess Advocates performance and provide timely feedback on development opportunities designed to enhance service quality and employee growthConduct monthly one-on-one sessions with Account Specialists to review monthly service metrics and to provide performance feedbackMonitor team and individual service metrics weekly and monthlyIf results are below target, develop and implement plans for improvementProvide weekly report of activities on the above to the ManagerPrepare and deliver semi-annual performance evaluations; recommend annual salary increases and bonus amounts; and communicate to employeesWork with Account Specialists to develop plans for continuous improvement through training and other career development opportunitiesCoach and motivate employees to succeed in current roleWork with Manager to develop and execute disciplinary action when necessary.Hire and on-board new Account SpecialistsManage documentation of policies and procedures, ensuring that they are current and communicate changes to team in a timely mannerProvide timely direction to employees regarding operational issues as they arise and develop and implement ad hoc temporary processes and proceduresMay be required to perform other related duties as assignedDesired Skills and ExperienceMost importantly, you need to be a passionate Regional Account Specialist Supervisor who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Regional Account Specialist Supervisor would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:BA degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experience. Prior experience leading or supervising employees preferred.Interpersonal, verbal and written communications skillsAnalytical and decision-making skills with the ability to think through complex issuesProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookSoftware knowledge: DCS, SharePoint, SalesForce, CURE, SAP and Cisco phone systemKnowledge of Accounts Receivable concepts for deduction resolutionOrganizational prioritization skillsAbility to work in a team environment as well as independently with limited supervisionProduct knowledgeProblem resolution and negotiation skillsRelationship-building skills with internal and external customersWorking knowledge of SAP or ERP systemsManages a staff of 6 - 10 salary employees, sets direction, and deploys resources.
