Asphalt Maintenance Sales and Account Manager - Base Salary plus Uncapped Commission

Position Overview:

Pothole Heroes is looking for a Business-to-Business Sales representative in the Orlando, FL area. Your primary responsibilities will be to cultivate new opportunities and relationships, estimate projects, create proposals, as well as service existing customers.

Qualifications:

· Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written

· Strong Interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

· Strong Organization skills and attention to detail

· Ability to read construction drawings and specs

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities and Essential Duties

· In this role you will cultivate new opportunities and relationships as well as service existing customers

· Maintain and build strategic relationships with existing and potential customers, and industry contacts

· Visit project location, attend pre-bid meetings, and assess drawings and specifications

· Manage sales leads from initiation through to closure

· Act as a problem solver and uses brainstorming, collaboration, and teamwork to help drive the best outcomes for our business and for our customers

· Assist Operations with Project Management and Completion

· Assist Office Staff with Invoicing and Collections
