• Engage directly with customers to build trust and solid relationships

• Manage and grow customer accounts through consistent communication and cellular and wireless product knowledge

• Track interactions and progress while maintaining a high standard of professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in in-person customer service or sales

• Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
