As an innovative company offering a wide array of products, we strive to continuously develop new technology and drive process improvement.Position SummaryWe’re looking for a creative and motivated Junior Videographer to support the production of engaging video content across marketing, social, and brand initiatives. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, eager to grow their technical skills, and excited to be hands-on in all aspects of video production.You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to assist with filming, editing, and content execution.Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production SupportAssist with filming video content, including setting up cameras, lighting, and audio equipmentSupport on-site and in-studio shoots, ensuring smooth executionHelp with shot setup, framing, and basic camera operationEditing & Post-ProductionAssist with editing video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal useOrganize and manage raw footage, assets, and project filesAdd basic cuts, transitions, audio adjustments, and simple motion graphicsContent CreationCapture behind-the-scenes footage and supplemental contentContribute ideas for video concepts and storytelling approachesSupport quick-turn content creation for social platformsEquipment & OrganizationMaintain and organize video equipment and production gearAssist with studio setup, breakdown, and general upkeepEnsure files and assets are properly stored and labeledQualificationsSony camera systems experience0–2 years of experience in videography, media production, or a related fieldBasic knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and audio setupFamiliarity with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsWillingness to learn, take direction, and adapt in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetPreferred Skills (Nice to Have)Experience with Adobe After Effects or motion graphicsFamiliarity with social media video formats and trendsBasic color correction and audio editing knowledgePhotography skills or experiencePortfolio RequirementAll candidates must submit a professional portfolio of work demonstrating video, photography, branding, and campaign execution for consideration.Physical and Work Environment Requirements:This position is based in a manufacturing environment and may require the following over extended periods of time up to a full 8-hour work shift (excluding lunch and breaks): stand, walk, sit, squat or bend, kneel and rise, lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to — and occasionally exceeding — 50 pounds, view a computer or other digital screen, work on a computer, workstation or comparable system, and make accurate entries in such systems. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are required for detailed assembly and precision work. Work may take place in areas with varying temperatures or no climate control, varying noise levels, and production equipment in motion. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn in designated areas at all times as required by company policy.
