VIP Customer Service

Shanghai Fosun Tourism Management Co., Ltd.

Job Requirements:

  1. good image and temperament, strong sense of service, familiar with the case service management system can be appropriately relaxed;
  2. can make up, height 168cm and above. Flight attendant, hotel, property management major is preferred, Mandarin standard, strong learning ability;
  3. with more than one year of case service experience is preferred or customer service reception work experience is preferred;
  4. have good affinity and communication skills, have a strong sense of responsibility. Job responsibilities:
  1. Dress according to regulations, and work with standard, neat, clean and light makeup;
  2. Familiar with the overall situation of the sales center, able to control the customer service work of the sales field;
  3. master the necessary courtesy words, manners and manners;
  4. in the absence of customers to the sales center, should check whether the indoor items are neat, good and good health;
  5. responsible for the guidance of visiting customers, greetings, tea and other services;
  6. Responsible for goods inventory, bar material control, bar coffee, dessert, fruit plate production, etc.;
  7. When the customer leaves, timely arrange the tables and chairs and used items made by the customer;
  8. Obey the temporary work arranged on site;
