VIP Customer Service

Job Requirements:
- good image and temperament, strong sense of service, familiar with the case service management system can be appropriately relaxed;
- can make up, height 168cm and above. Flight attendant, hotel, property management major is preferred, Mandarin standard, strong learning ability;
- with more than one year of case service experience is preferred or customer service reception work experience is preferred;
- have good affinity and communication skills, have a strong sense of responsibility. Job responsibilities:
- Dress according to regulations, and work with standard, neat, clean and light makeup;
- Familiar with the overall situation of the sales center, able to control the customer service work of the sales field;
- master the necessary courtesy words, manners and manners;
- in the absence of customers to the sales center, should check whether the indoor items are neat, good and good health;
- responsible for the guidance of visiting customers, greetings, tea and other services;
- Responsible for goods inventory, bar material control, bar coffee, dessert, fruit plate production, etc.;
- When the customer leaves, timely arrange the tables and chairs and used items made by the customer;
- Obey the temporary work arranged on site;
