Role Overview A registered nurse providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a clinical setting. Responsible for performing the nursing process—including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices. Ensures individualized care, collaborates with patients and families, and practices according to current clinical standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and document safe, quality care through effective communication and teamwork. Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to support professional development. Contribute to protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred. Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification. Strong knowledge of nursing theory, assessment, treatment techniques, and regulations. Excellent communication, judgment, and clinical skills, including emergency response.
