Job Description
We are seeking Class A CDL drivers with limited or no experience who wish to begin their driving careers in a Regional/Eastern Seaboard fleet operating out of Ocala, FL. This position provides routes that allow for weekly home time, competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits package, modern equipment, and a paid training programme that covers all necessary skills for the role.
- Compensation: $1,600–$1,800 weekly via direct deposit
- Regional/Eastern Seaboard routes operating from Ocala, FL with a weekly home reset
- Fully loaded, brand-new trucks
- Drop & Hook dry van freight
- Full benefits package
- 401(k) with company match
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Paid orientation and instructor-led training, including behind-the-wheel mentorship for new and entry-level drivers
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Must meet hiring and DOT requirements
- Minimum of 120 hours of formal school instruction completed
This opportunity is well suited to new CDL-A holders who have recently completed school and are seeking practical driving experience to advance their careers. Training and mentorship are provided to support skill development and safe, compliant operation.
