Marketing Specialist

A growing professional services firm is seeking a polished and highly organized Marketing Specialist to join their team in a newly created position due to company growth. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants the chance to help build and shape internal marketing initiatives from the ground up. The firm is transitioning marketing efforts from an outside agency to an in-house team and is looking for someone who can support both marketing/business development efforts and recruiting coordination in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role will focus primarily on marketing responsibilities, while also assisting with recruiting operations and administrative coordination as needed. Responsibilities: Maintain website content, attorney/staff bios, and marketing collateral Manage CRM systems and support business development initiatives Coordinate networking events, client events, CLEs, and presentations Assist with proposals, pitch materials, and RFP responses Support legal directory submissions including Chambers and Legal 500 Coordinate interviews, schedules, and candidate communications Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and recruiting materials Assist with onboarding coordination, offer letters, and background checks Help support internship and summer associate programs Provide administrative and operational support across multiple functions Qualifications : Experience in marketing, recruiting coordination, business development, or professional services support Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Professional communication skills and attention to detail Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot is highly preferred Event coordination and recruiting support experience is a plus Law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred Someone proactive, adaptable, and excited to grow with the organization This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization in a highly visible role where you can make a direct impact and help shape future processes and initiatives.
