Motorcycle Customization Sales Specialist Location: Harley-Davidson – Wilmington, NC We are a well-established local dealership looking for a Motorcycle Customization Sales Specialist. We seek motorcycle enthusiasts who are honest, motivated, outgoing, high‑energy self‑starters willing to provide the highest level of customer service and build relationships with riders. Sales experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right people and provide all the tools to be successful. This position involves working with riders daily to build and customize their Harley‑Davidson dream bike. Essential Duties Weekend work required. Provide “Raving Fan” service to all dealership customers. Greet customers immediately in a courteous and friendly manner. Make all customers feel welcome regardless of race, sex, or creed. Work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction. Handle telephone transactions quickly, courteously. Point out sales, specials, or new merchandise to customers. Assist customers with their selection of merchandise and offer additional product that complements the purchase. When accepting check & credit card payments for merchandise purchases, confirm customers’ identification, obtain proper approvals and record them as required. Keep cash register accurate. Notify customers immediately when special orders or back‑ordered items are received. Handle customer concerns reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to excellent customer service.
