Senior FP&A Manager (Solon) - Up to $170K plus 30% bonus

Very reputable manufacturing company located in Solon is looking for a Senior FP&A Manager for an immediate need. Position pays between $140,000 - $170,000 with a 30% bonus and excellent benefits. This is a highly visible role with excellent upward mobility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial/Strategic Planning P&L, BS, CF long and short term planning processes Lead closing process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Lead the development of annual operating plans & 5 year strategic plan Help to drive improvement in reporting of results to senior leadership team Profitability Analysis Conduct business/profitability analysis and assessment of decisions on financial and business results Responsible for the consolidation of all the reporting departments within US operations Conduct data analytics and reporting Build and maintain KPI metrics Report findings to executive leadership and board Provide valuation, due diligence and integration support for business development activities Requires coordination and interaction with internal & external audits Must have high level of systems capabilities: SAP, Oracle or other large ERP system Excel Power BI BPC, HFM or other Financial Consolidation tools PowerPoint

QUALIFICATIONS

Manufacturing/cost experience is a MUST Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration CPA or MBA preferred 8+ years of accounting and corporate FP&A experience (with increasing level of responsibility) Experience with a publicly traded company highly desired Strong financial modeling & organization skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and problem solving skills Business partnering Demonstrated internal control experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Alari Search, LLC
