This role involves working collaboratively with healthcare team members to ensure safe and effective patient care, utilizing critical thinking and scientific judgment. Responsibilities Provide care to Emergency Room patients following the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Demonstrate critical thinking skills and leadership in planning and delivering care. Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and professional development. Delegate patient care priorities based on the experience and education of available staff. Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel involved in patient care. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse. Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP. Work Schedule This position requires night shifts, with varying hours from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.
